| 抄録: | Tolmetin Sodium, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent, was evaluated as to its analgesic effect. In our urological use, the overall effectiveness was observed in 30(88.2%) of 34 cases admisteredo Side effects were seen in 2 of 34 cases, both being gastric disorders. No hematological or biochemical abnormalities were induced by administration of this drug. Anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of the drug would be greatly expected. The clinical efficacy, safety and usefulness of the drug were thought to be excellent. A 200 mg dose of the drug was administered to another 5 patients and plasma levels were determined with HPLC. The peak concentration was obtained 1 to 2 hours after administration. |
