| 抄録: | Twenty patients with prostatic carcinoma were treated with 50-200 mg/day of chlormadinone acetate. Eleven cases of the non-metastatic group and nine cases of the metastatic group were evaluated. The following results were obtained. Clinical responses to therapy in the non-metastatic group were good in 6 cases, fair in 2 cases and poor in 3 cases. In the metastatic group, clinical responses were excellent in 2 cases, good in 2 cases, fair in 2 cases and poor in 3 cases. The rate of effectiveness was 70% in both groups. No side effect was observed in all cases. |
