| 抄録: | A 22-month-old girl was admitted to the Ohfuna Kyosai Hospital because of dysuria and swelling of the external meatus region. She was noted to have a 1by 1em cystic paraurethral mass displacing the urethral orifice to the left. Urinalysis demonstrated 5 to 6 white blood cells. But conservative treatment such as administration of antimicrobial agents was of no avail. Resection of the cyst was performed. Histologic examination revealed a simple cyst lined with transitional epithelium. One year later the patient was asymptomatic and had normal-appearing genitalia. |
