| 抄録: | A case is reported of accessory urethra lead to perineum in a 3-year-old boy. The accessory urethra had its origin d the distal side of the external sphincter muscle and had a perineal opening. The whole length was 6 cm. The accessory urethra was removed surgically. The epithelium and the muscle layer were found in histolcgical examination. This is the first report of the accessory urethra with perineal opening in Japan. Some cases have been reported in foreign literature and this type of the accessory urethra is defined as inverse Y urethral duplication on classification. |
