| 抄録: | For last two years, 45 children below 15 years old visited our clinic with a complaint of gross hematuria. Six cases among them had suffered from renal trauma. Preexisting renal disease was found in two of six cases. The first case was a 4-year-old boy who had Wilms' tumor. Only two cases of Wilms' tumor which was detected after renal trauma have been reported in the Japanese literature. The second case was a 12-year-old boy with congenital hydronephrosis. There have been many literatures on renal trauma occurred in congenital hydronephrosis. |
