dc.description.abstractThe clinical effects of intravesical instillation therapy of Carboquone and combined Carboquone with cytosine arabinoside to the patients with superficial bladder tumors were reported. These results were as follows; 1) Significant reduction of tumor was found in 1 case (25.0%) of 4 cases who were treated by 5 mg of Carboquone. 2) Complete disappearances of tumor were observed in 5 cases (29.4%) of 17 cases who were treated by combined therapy. Significant reductions were found in 4 cases (23.5%). 3) Bladder irritabilities were found in some cases, but none of general side effects were shown in both therapies.en
