| 抄録: | The values of serum immunoglobulin G, A, M and serum complement were determined in 25 cases with so-called essential renal bleeding. It was found that there was no meaningful relationship between this disease and serum IgG, IgA. It was considered that serum IgM is related with this disease in such a way as preventing the kidney from bleeding. The value of serum complement decreases in this disease and is able to be used as a marker of assessing the effect of treatment. There may be some cases of essential renal bleeding explained by auto-immunological pathogenesis. |
