| 抄録: | A 16-year-01d boy was seen with the chief complaint of a painless giant tumor in the left scrotum. Diagnosed was made as hemangioma of the scrotum with angiogram and derma to thermogram. The tumor showed 37 cm in maximum circumference and 20 cm in length of the raphe. It was resected surgically and weighed 280 grams. Histological examination revealed venous and capillary hemangioma. The biopsied specimen of both testes showed germinal aplasia. A brief review of the literature to date was added to this report. |
