膀胱憩室腫瘍の2例

Abstract

Two cases of carcinoma in the urinary bladder diverticulum were experienced for six years. Case I: A 37-year-old man was hospitalized on September 18, 1979, complaining of dysuria and double micturition. The excretory urogram was normal and voiding cystourethrogram revealed two diverticulums of the urinary bladder. At diverticulectomy resected diverticulums grossly appeared like non-specific chronic inflammation. The pathohistologic finding was transitional cell carcinoma, grade I, stage A. Case 2: A 62-year-old woman was hospitalized on October 4, 1974, complaining of total microscopic hematuria, pollakisuria and sense of residual urine. The cystoscopy revealed a large tumor in the urinary bladder and the retrograde cystogram at that time showed a tumor in the urinary bladder diverticulum. The partial cystectomy was performed for the tumor in the urinary bladder diverticulum. The pathohistologic findings were transitional cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma, grade III, stage B. In Japanese literature, 92 cases of tumor in the urinary bladder diverticulum have been reported.
