| 抄録: | A case of left renal cell carcinoma extending into the right atrium was reported. A 55-year-old male presented with a three month history of left lumbar pain and leg edema. Selective renal angiography, vena cavography and intra cardiac cine angiography revealed a left renal tumor with tumor thrombus extending into the inferior vena cava and right atrium. Left nephrectomy and removal of intra-atrial tumor thrombus were performed under cardiopulmonary bypass. Postoperative course was uneventful. The patient was discharged from the hospital 45 days postoperatively. However, the patient developed cerebral metastases 9 months after operation. |
