| 抄録: | A left adrenal cyst in a 46-year-old woman was reported. She was admitted to our hospital with chief complaint of hypertension. Abdominal CT revealed a left adrenal tumor, which was removed through the left flank incision. Its pathological diagnosis was adrenal cyst. The postoperative course was uneventful one hypertension disappeared. The Japanese literature was reviewed and discussed. This case was the 40th case in Japanese literature. |
