| 抄録: | The mechanism of micturition disturbance which occurs as a side effect of disopyramide was examined in 10 mongrel dogs. The results obtained are as follows: 1) Isovolumetric contraction of the bladder induced by electric stimulation of the pelvic nerve was blocked by disopyramide. 2) Urethral pressure profile showed no steady change by disopyramide. It seemes that micturition disturbance as a side effect of disopyramide occurs due to inhibition of the bladder contraction. |
