膀胱癌に対するネオカルチノスタチン(NCS)の膀胱腔内注入の経験

Abstract

Eleven patients with bladder carcinoma were treated by bladder instillation of Neocarzinostatin (NCS). Histological effects of this agent classified by Oboshi et al. were as follows, I case was good, 7 cases fair and 3 cases poor. Local side effects of NCS were bladder irritability and hemorrhagic cystitis, whereas 4 patients experienced no local side effects. No general serious side effects were observed in this series. The value of NCS concentration in sera from patient was 0.13 mcg/ml and that in tumor or bladder wall was as follows, superficial layer of tumor was 7.0 mcg/g, inner muscular layer 4.2 mcg/g and in depth 3.4 mcg/g, whereas NCS concentration in intact bladder wall was 2.1 mcg/g to 1.7 meg/g. NCS antibody was not found in sera by passive hemagglutination test in this study.
