| 抄録: | A 10-year-old boy was admitted with a chief complaint of gross hematuria. Cystoscopy revealed bladder tumor spreading from the bladder neck to the trigone involving the left ureteral orifice. Under general anesthesia total cystectomy and ileal conduit reconstruction were performed. Pathohistological examination revealed transitional cell carcinoma (Grade I, Stage A). Seven cases of transitional cell tumor of the urinary bladder in childhood have been reported in Japan including this one. |
