| 抄録: | In order to prevent side effects of iodine compounds used for intravenous pyelography, 300 mg of hydrocortisone was administered simultaneously. The effect was evaluated by comparison with the group receiving only contrast dye as to occurrence and degree of side effects. The hydrocortisone group showed the significantly lower percentages both in occurrence and severity of the side effects than the control group. Simultaneous administration of hydrocortisone with contrast dye will contribute to the safer examination. |
