腎腺腫の1例

Abstract

A case of renal adenoma was reported. A 50-year-old house wife was admitted to our hospital with a chief complaint of left abdominal pain and hematuria. IVP demonstrated shadow defect at the left renal pelvis. Nephrectomy was performed under the diagnosis of left renal pelvic tumor. Histological findings revealed papillary adenoma. 8 years after surgery, she is in good health and no clinical evidence of metastasis. Thirty-seven cases of renal adenoma with clinical symptoms in the Japanese literature are reviewed and discussed. As a result, renal adenomas have been classified as papillary, alveolar, tubular and mixed forms. The majority were papillary in type (15 cases, 56%). Clinical symptoms were hematuria, abdominal pain, abdominal tumor, and so on. The majority was hematuria. Hematuria often attended other symptoms.
