| 抄録: | A 51-year-old man was hospitalized with the compiaints of left chest pain, left back pain and general fatigue. An elastic firm, smooth surfaced and nontender mass was palpable in the left hypochondral region. Radiographic examinations revealed a suprarenal mass with hypervascularity and inferior deviation of left kidney. Lung metastasis was suspected by the presence of a coin lesion in the chest X-P. There were no abnormalities in the endocrinological examination. A left nonfunctioning adrenocortical carcinoma was suspected and adreno-nephrectomy was performed. Pathological diagnosis was moderately differentiated adrenocortical carcinoma. A total of 75 cases including this case have been reported in the Japanese literature. |
