| 抄録: | Plasma hormone levels were determined before and after administration of TSAA-291 for 12 weeks and 1-2 months after final administration. The following results were obtained. 1) Gonadotropin levels showed a tendency to decline after administration and did not recover 1-2 months after final administration. The response of gonadotropins to LH-RH was more clearly suppressed. 2) Testosterone and 5a-dihydrotestosterone levels slightly decreased after drug administration and did not recover 1-2 months after final administration. 3) Cortisol level was not affected by TSAA-291. These results suggest that TSAA-291 has a slight suppressive effect on the hypothalamo-pituitary axis. |
