Klippel-Feil症候群に泌尿器系奇形と神経因性膀胱をともなった1症例

Abstract

A case of Klippel-Feil syndrome is reported herein from the viewpoint of urological practice. A 54-year-old man was referred to our urological clinic with the complaints of dysuria, disturbed gait and short neck syndrome. A genesis of the left kidney and mal rotated pelvic kidney on the right side were disclosed by routine urography and angiography. EMG study of the pelvic Roor and cystometric study combined with the ice water test revealed a neurogenic spastic bladder. In many cases suspected to be spastic bladder, the ice water test enabled accurate diagnosis. When the diagnosis of neurogenic bladders is controversial, the ice water test is a simple and valuable technique.
