腎動脈塞栓症の3例

Abstract

We herein report three cases of renal artery embolism, two of which were successfully treated with selective intraarterial infusion of Urokinase. Early recognition of embolism of the renal artery or one of its branches is important for preservation of the renal function. Operative and non-operative therapy must be compared from the points of both survival and kidney salvage. Selective or systemic anticoagulation therapy may obviate the need for an aggressive surgical approach in the patients with pool risk and high operative mortality rates.
