| 抄録: | Five patients with benign prostatic hypertrophy were administered 400 mg of TSAA-29l for 12 weeks. Before and after this treatment, plasma hormone levels were determined and LH-RH test was performed in all cases. It is concluded that this drug has a minor suppressive effect on the hypothalamus-pituitary-testicular axis, but no effect on adrenocortical function. |
