| 抄録: | This is a case report of a malignant lymphoma associated with unilateral ureter obstruction. A malignant lymphoma with obstructive uropathy carries a poor prognosis and its accurate diagnosis remains difficult despite the availability of all up-dated diagnostic tools. In this particular case, the diagnosis was established during exploratory laparotomy. The right kidney was non-visualizing on the IVP before treatment but its function recovered after aggressive chemotherapy and radiotherapy were resumed. It is concluded that even if a malignant lymphoma is discovered with obstructive uropathy, a more promising prognosis could be expected with aggressive multimodal treatment. |
