| 抄録: | The Marshall-Marchetti-Krantz procedure was used after modification in two cases of cystocele vaginal is and in one case of urethral prolapse. Results have been satisfactory in all three cases. The point of this procedure is that the bladder should be fixed to the fascia of the rectus muscle to prevent recurrence. Several methods reported for cystocele repair are discussed. Cystopexy to the rectus muscle is a necessary procedure for patients with pelvic floor relaxation. |
