| 抄録: | Gentamicin was administered by intravenous infusion to 15 patients with genito-urinary tract infections. Therapeutic results were excellent in 4 patients, good in 8 patients and poor in 3 patients. Bacteriological effectiveness was 100% for E. coli, P. aeruginosa, K. pneumoniae, A. xylosoxidans, P.mirabilis and S. faecalis, 50% for S. marcescens; it was not achieved in cases in which P. cepacia and P.fiuorescens were isolated. In one patient Al-P and S-GOT values were elevated. There was no case of nephrotoxicity or ototoxicity. |
