| 抄録: | A case of papillary cystoadenoma of the epididymis is reported. On August 14, 1981, a 34-year-old man presented with the chief complaint of the wish to father a baby. A thumb-sized tumor was palpable as a firm and non-tender mass at the left epididymis-head. Left orchiectomy was performed on September 10. Histopathologically, the diagnosis was papillary cystoadenoma of the epididymis. We discuss this case and review the cases reported in Japan. |
