Abstract: 本研究では, ある期間・領域の時間・空間平均降雨量をTRMM観測情報を用いて推定する手法を提案する.このとき, この推定過程に降雨の標高依存特性を導入する.この推定手法の適用段階では, 適用する領域の降雨の標高依存特性をモデル化した標高依存直線の傾きと切片(確率パラメータ)を知る必要があり, また, 確率モデルをベースにして推定精度を算定するために, 適用領域における降雨場の確率パラメータが必要である.よって, これらをTRMMによる長期観測情報から算定したのち, 時間・空間平均降雨量の推定手法の適用及びその推定精度の算定を行う.また, 対象領域を日本を始めとする世界の各地域とすることで, 降雨特性や推定精度の地域差を考察する.
A Method to estimate the specio-temporal averaged rainfall with TRMM observations is developed.A point of the method is that a dependency of rainfall distribution on topographic elevation is taken into consideration.Also, an analytical and a statistical evaluation for the accuracy of the estimation are carried out. The first one is based on stochastic specio-temporal structure of the rain distribution.And the second one, applications of the method was performed with radar-observed rainfall distributions during 43 monthly periods. Furthermore, to apply this method to other areas in the world, a dependency of rainfall on topographic elevation and the other stochastic parameters are estimated using observations from TRMM/PR.This procedure ensures accuracy of the proposed method.
