| 抄録: | 阪神・淡路大震災以降，災害発生時における情報伝達は，災害を軽減するための重要課題のひとつと考えられている。本研究では，平常時のコミュニケーションに影響を及ぼす要因としてコミュニティーを取り上げ，情報伝達をモデル化する。構築したモデルを用いて，コミュニティーの形成，崩壊が災害時の情報伝達に及ぼす影響について考察する。 After Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, communication problem under the disaster got a great attention in riskmanagement. Communication problem is closely concerned with whether the regional community is active orinactive. In this paper, we focus ed the communication problem. We suggest the informationtransfer system basedon the situation of the regional community. Next, we apply our suggestion model to Yamahoko-mati, which is themain communities in Gion Festival, and analyze the communication risk in the regions. |
