| 抄録: | 阪神・淡路大震災前後から，京都市市街地周辺を通る，花折，西山，黄檗の3つの断層系は活動期に入っていると言われており，早急な対策の必要性が叫ばれている。本研究では，京都市市街地を対象，震災時の人的な被害を軽減することを目的として，被災対象を高齢者，ハード的な震災リスクとして袋小路，これを軽減するソフト的な手段としてコミュニティの活性化を取り上げ，分析を行った。 About the time at Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, the Hanaore, Nishiyama, and Obaku fault that pass through urbanarea in Kyoto city have been activate, so it is necessary to act against the huge disaster in the urban area, Kyoto city.In this paper, we explain the vulnerable area toward disaster risk, focus the medical and nurse care and discuss theconstruction of community for risk mitigation of aged person in urban area, Kyoto city. |
