抄録: | Emergency system is indispensable for establishing a sustainable society. However, even in developed countries such as Japan, death of pregnant women occurs during emergency transportation. One the reason is shortage of doctors but the un-optimized transportation system also causes these accidents. In this study, the method of optimization based on SCM (supply chain management) was applied for optimizing emergency transportation system especially for pregnant women. Possibility and subjects were discussed. It will be helpful to construct common information platform for supporting pregnant women so as to rapidly transport these women to medical centers. Here, the discussion is still limited to a framework and quantitative data should be considered in the future work. |
