| 抄録: | A 64-year-old man underwent chemotherapy after radical cystectomy for bladder cancer (UC, G3, pT3aN1M0). Three years later, computed tomography showed a left adrenal mass, and we performed left adrenalectomy. Histological findings showed that the adrenal mass was a metastasis of the bladder cancer. Over 6 years after salvage chemotherapy, the patient had no evidence of metastasis to other parts of the body. In the case of a solitary metastasis of bladder cancer, surgical resection should be positively considered. |
