次世代を担う農企業戦略論研究の課題と展望

Abstract

This paper investigates management and governmental challenges of agricultural enterprises. Here we took three methods below in order to approach the issues. First, the present status and direction of changes for recent years are discussed, focusing on conditions of food distribution in Japan. Second, we classify farm businesses into 8 types (AT, AO1, AO2, AI, uM1, uM2, G, and E). Third, we investigate the research issues regarding these challenges. From our research, it can be concluded that 1) the directions of inside change are as follows: renovation of business objectives, renovation of profit structure, improvement of human resources management and diversification of management organization. 2) The directions of outside changes are as follows: fulfillment of social responsibility, role of central hub in the community, close alliance with other industries. 3) To analyze the challenges of agricultural enterprise, we need new approach methods such as career development in addition to conventional methods.
