| 抄録: | We present a case of inverted urothelial carcinoma of the bladder. A 60-year-old male was referred to our hospital for bilateral ureteral stones. When transurethral ureterolithotripsy was performed to treat these stones, a tumor at the trigone of bladder was incidentally diagnosed. This tumor was pedunculated and its surface was not uniformly round. After the operation, this tumor was diagnosed as inverted urothelial carcinoma through the histopathologic examination. The patient was subsequently followed up for 6 months and there was no evidence of recurrence. Although this is a rare case, it is worth considering there is an urothelial carcinoma with inverted proliferation. |
