| 抄録: | Outline of the damage due to tornados occurred in North Kanto Area, Japan on May 2012 was reported. The meteorological environment of the supercell thunderstorms from which the tornadoes developed and the wind characteristics of the vortices in the tornados are presented. The disaster was mainly reported from the view point of damage to residential buildings. A survey of the human casualty and behavior of victims was also described briefly. |
