電動式下刈機の功程と経費

Abstract

今回の調査では電動式下刈機が軽量 (4kg) であり, またガソリンエンジンの騒音や振動からも解放されて体力的制限を受けることが少なくなる。手がまや背負式ブラッシュカッターと比較して, 作業能率と経費の関係を調べた。1) 刈払作業に対する功程は作業機種および性別により大きな影響を受ける。従って, 下刈作業経費を考える場合に, 作業機種および性別による功程を合わせて考えなければならない。2) 下刈作業の1日刈払人員と面積から作業経過日数と1ha刈払人工数を調べて, 下刈作業のLearning Curvesにより電動式下刈機が手がま式, 背負式に比して作業開始後まだ1年しか経過していないための不慣れによるハンディキャップを修正した。3) 下刈作業経費比較で, 電動式と背負式において1日1台当たりの経費はその刈払面積が511. 5m_2以上なら電動式が有利, また電動式と手がま式においては79. 0m_2以上ならやはり電動式が有利となる。しかるに, 電動式では女性作業員でさえ1日に1, 490m_2刈りはらっているから1日1台当たりの経費比較では電動式が有利と言える。

This report is the study of relation between the weeding work efficiency and cost in the electrical brush cutters, scythes and bruch cutters with a gasoline engine on a worker's back. The characteristic of an 'electrical' is a light weight (4kg), and is to release workers from noise and vibration of a gasoline engine and to raise limitation in bodily strength. 1) The performance of weeding work is strongly influenced by the kind of weeding machines and a worker's sex. Therefore, in regard to the weeding work cost, the different performance between the two must be considered. 2) The Learning Curves of weeding work in relation to the days and weeding workes per hectare are applied to amend the handicap of inexperience in the weeding work by electrical machies, as the electrical weeding machine used in 1967. 3) In comparison with the weeding work cost of yen/day･one machine concerning 'electrical' and 'on one's back' 'electrical' has the advantage of 'on one's back' if weeding areas of m2/day are more than 511.4m2, and so is in scythes, if more than 79.0m2. On the other hand, even female workers on 'electrical' can weed 1490m2/day. Therefore 'electrical', in comparison with the cost of yen/day･one machice, is most advantageous.
