伐木造材作業の能率に関する研究

Abstract

本研究は, チェンソーを用いた伐木造材作業において, その馬力の変化がどのように作業能率および作業者に影響するかを調べ, 加えて, いかなる馬力のチェンソーが適当であるかを調査した報告である。調査を行なったのは, 1966年7月19 - 25日までの6日間, 場所は京都大学芦生演習林32林班で, その林分は海抜400 - 450m, 平均傾斜34°, 面積3. 14ha, 立木本数324本1ha, その林相はスギを主としたヒノキ, モミ, ホオ, セン, クリなどの樹種が混合した天然林である。作業は皆伐作業で, 伐採夫1名, 補助者1名計2名1組のグループ2組について, 3種類のチェンソーを使用して調査を行なった。結果 (i) 作業能率については, 単位時間当りの伐採材積および平均胸高直径の大小によったが, チェンソーの馬力の変化による影響はみとめられなかった。(ii) 疲労現象は, フリッカーテスト, 連続色名呼称法, 触二点弁別閾値法, 自覚症状調査で調べたが, チェンソーの馬力の変化による影響はみられなかった。しかし, チェンソーを使用した伐木造材作業では, 作業者の疲労現象はかなり強く, 翌日の作業に影響すると推察できる。なお, 疲労現象は補助作業者の方が主作業者より顕著に現われる。

This study treats how the power of a chain-saw exerts influences on the performance of felling work and on the physiological state of works and what degree of the power is optical. This investigation was conducted for 6 days, from the 19th to the 25th of July in 1966, and the place was the 32nd Division of the Ashu Forest of Kyoto University; the height above sea level 400 ~ 450meters, the mean gradient 34°, the area 3.14 hectares, the member of trees per ha 324/ha of Sugi, Hinoki, and other several broad leaved trees. All trees were cut. Two working groups were investigated, each consits of 2 men, a main operator with a chain-saw and a co-operator without it. And 3 types of chain-saws were used. Results: 1) Because the cut trees were comparatively small in average, the power of chain-saw did not significantly influence on the performance rate of felling. 2) In the felling work, the changes in the physiological measurements were recognized to be so heavy that those were retained to next day, and accumlating increasingly, even using the lightest chain-saw. And the trend was heavier for co-ope ators than for main ones.
