戦後林業地代論論争に関する一考察

Abstract

Though the theoretical approach on the forest economics has been mainly stressed on the land-rent theory, the theory itself is not developed enoughly. Considering this landrent theory of forestry, the following points shoud be reminded; 1. As to logging industry of primeval forest, its locational movement has been so empha-sisized that the necessity of a static model in the land-rent theory has been overlooked. 2. As the industrial characteristics of forestry, two technical categories could be pointed out; one is called the forestry "α" and the other is called the forestry "ω". [Table omitted] 3. In the forestry "α", there is a tendency that an entrepreneur is restricted by a land owner; a landowner will start to manage his land by himself not at the level of the average profit rate but at the level of the interest rate.
