ツシママツの遺伝と育種に関する研究 (III) : 母樹別ミショウ系統の植栽初期の遺伝と変異

Abstract

京都府舞鶴市にある西武舞鶴農場山林に, 1961年春にツシママツの母樹別家系による試験林を造成した。試験林は4回繰り返しの単純格子法により, 1ブロックは25プロット, 1プロットは1家系36本よりなり, 5プロットは地松 (アカマツ) で構成されている。計測は全個体を対象に, 植栽1年目の秋から5年間, 地際直径 (D), 樹高 (H), 樹冠直径 (C.D.) およびD_2Hについて行い, 各形質の家系間差異, 遺伝力, 親子相関, 表現型相関, 遺伝相関について調査した。ただし今回は3ブロックについてとりまとめた。その結果はつぎのようである。1. 測定した各形質とも家系によって相当の変異が認められる。しかし3区をこみにして分散分析すると, 区間の分散, 区と家系の交互作用が大きく, 区毎の分散分析による有意水準より低くなる。2. 遺伝力は直径 (16 - 25％), 樹高 (18 - 27％), D_2H (19 - 42％), 樹冠直径 (22％)で, D_2Hの8年生 (42％) 以外は大きくなかった。3. 測定した全ての形質について, 親子の相関関係は認められなかった。4. 4 - 8年生において同一形質の各年生間, また異なった形質間および各年生間とも, 表現型相関は有意な関係が認められ, かつ遺伝相関も大きかった。5. 母樹の中に精英樹が2本含まれていたが, その家系の測定形質の大きさは下位の群に属していた。精英樹のような個体の選抜も必要であるが, 集団としての選抜, さらに林分の保存も大切であるように思われた。

Selected twenty mother trees to investigate from plantation of the Tsushima-matsu (Pinus densiflora Sieb. et Zucc.) in 1957. The progenies were planted at Seibu pasture near the Maizuru City, Kyoto prefecture on March 1961. Established the test plantation in a completed block which designed 1.4 square meters plot and four replications for 36 trees. Took an accurate measurement on diameter above ground (D), tree height (H) and D2H from 1961 fall to 1965, and crown diameter in 1965 as following. 1. Found the differences among progeneis of each characters at each year old. 2. In a narrow sence, estimated heritability on the basis of varriance components. Heritability value ranged from 16 to 25 percent at diameter above ground, from 18 to 27 percent at tree height, from 19 to 42 percent at D2H and from 22 percent at crown diameter. 3. Could not find the parent-offspring correlation on all measured characters. 4. Found the significance on phenotypic correlation in every characters and genetic correlation coeficient were heigh.
