dc.description.abstract根状菌糸束が他の菌類に比較し, ヒノキの球果によくみられ, その球果の接地面積が小さく, また球果が数えられる点に注目し, 根状菌糸束の球果の利用状況について考察した。球果は他の基質より扱いやすく, 該当する菌類は他の菌類に比較し, 球果への感染率が高いことを示唆した。しかしこの点についてはなお検討すべき点が多いようである。根状菌糸束量を測定し各林分におけるその機能活性を知る上で, 球果の感染を調べることは一つの方法として十分利用できるように思われる。ただし感染球果量から根状菌糸束量を推定するには, まだ検討の余地が残る。ja
dc.description.abstractAttention to the fact that a few kinds of rhizomorph were frequently found the cone of Hinoki (Chamaecyparis obtusa) as compared with other higher fungi, and this cone was a small sphere (diameter ca. 1 cm) and was able to number, seemed to be efficient and interesting angles for estimating quantity of rhizomorphs from number of the cone infected. So 2 stands were investigated and rhizomorphs used were 3 species, i.e. Marasmius androsaceus (Fr.) Fr., Marasmiellus chamaecyparidis (Hongo) Hongo, Mycena spp.. Rhizomorphs touched to the cone was easily distinguishable (Table 1). 2 plots (4×8) m2 were made in flat and ca. 60-year-old stands, which were divided into a size of (0.5×0.5) m2. All cones in each quadrat was collected and classified as Table 3, 4 was shown. The cone seemed to be easier to examine as compared with other woody substrates, and infection to the cone by these fungi was higher than other small fleshy fungi. On the basis of measuring quantity of rhizomorhps, to investigate infection of those into the cone seemed to be fully able to use for method to know the activity and inoculum potential of rhizomorphs in each stand. But, further investigations were necessary to estimate the quantity of rhizomorphs from that of the cone infected.en
