林業の産地化をめぐる諸問題

Abstract

昭和40年代以降のわが国木材市場動向を背景として, 林業の産地形成, あるいは地域林業の自立, 安定化への関心が高まっている。それは, 地域産材の販売合理化を契機として展開される林業の地域的組織化の方向として理解される。林業産地化はとりあえず, (1) 地域産材の「意匠材」化, (2) 生産の地域化をその条件とするが, 北山磨丸太産地, 勝山ヒノキ柱角産地, 能登アテ材産地の動向は, こうした林業産地化の一局面であると考えられる。

According to the backing of situation about timber market in the 40th Showa era, we found wider interest about the conditions of taking the form of producing district in forestry. These are the course towards the organization of the regional forestry by the rationalization of marketing of main products. Taking the form of producing district in forestry has the conditions as follows, (1) main products are changed into the "designed-timber" (2) whole forestry production are maintained as localize.
