森林作業の労働科学的研究 : 伐木・造材作業の労働量について

Abstract

本報告は, 森林作業においてもっともはげしい労働であり, 機械化の進んでいる伐木, 造材作業に着目し, 作業動作, 労働量, 標準労働時間について調査し労働科学的に考察した結果である。その結果, 作業動作については, 伐木作業, 造材作業ともチェンソー等を持っての傾斜地の移動歩行動作, および伐倒, 玉切り作業における作業の姿勢が作業者に多大の負担をあたえる動作であることがわかった。つぎに, 労働量および標準労働時間については, チェンソーによる伐倒作業の場合, 森材内の傾斜地で, 5. 738Cal/分 - 6. 804Cal/分, 平均6. 195Cal/分, 平坦地で5. 080Cal/分 - 6. 490Cal/分, 平均5. 731Cal/分, 平均的な伐木作業の標準労働量は5. 916Cal/分でそれにともなう1日の標準労働時間は, 304. 26分 - 338. 07分が作業者にあまり負担をあたえない時問であると推定する。また, 造材作業については, 森林内の傾斜地で5. 236Cal/分 - 7. 776Cal/分, 平均6. 067Cal/分, 平坦地で3. 763Cal/分 - 5. 205Cal/分, 平均4. 571Cal/分平均的な造材作業の標準労働量は, 4. 953Cal/分でこれにともなう1日の標準労働時間は363. 42分 - 403. 80分であると推定する。

This report is present the results of investigation about working motion, working load and standard working hours in the felling and bucking operation. We concluded from this investigation that in the forest the operation and the walking with a chain saw gave remarkable physiological load on the workers in comparison with these on the even ground. Next, in regard to the working load and the standard working hours, on the occasion of felling operation by chain saw, the working load is 5.738Cal/minute~6.804Cal/minute, average 6.195Cal/minute in the forest and 5.080Cal/minute~6.490Cal/minute, average 5.731 Cal/minute on the even ground. The standard working load of the average felling operation is 5.916Cal/minute and the standard working hours in a day were about 303.26~338.07 minutes. While, on the occasion of bucking operation, the working load is 5.236 Cal/minute~7.776 Cal/minute, average 6.067 Cal/minute in the forest and 3.763 Cal/minute~5.205 Cal/minute, average 4.571 Cal/minute on the even ground. The standard working load of the average bucking operation is 4.953 Cal/minute and the standard working hours in a day were about 363.42~403.80 minutes.
