Abstract: 最近よく使われるようになってきた, 枝打ち機械に付いて, 昨年, 1昨年に引き続き, 2種類の機械の作業功程と, 作業者に与える生理的負担に付いて調査した。調査場所は, 本学和歌山演習林11林班で, 1986年11月18日から4日間, 3名の作業者に交代で2種類の機械を使って枝打ち作業をして貰い, 作業時の時間観測で, 作業功程を, 心拍数と歩行数の測定から, 生理的負担を調べた。その結果, トラブル時間を別にすると2種類の機械の間には, 作業功程では殆ど差がみられなかった。また, 作業時の心拍数は, 重量の重い機械の方で多い傾向がみられた。作業時の歩行数は, どちらも同じであった。片方の機械は, 鋸断用のチェーンソーの取り付け場所が悪く, 機械の取り付け, 取り外し時に多く時聞が掛かり, また危険でもあった。
In recent years, some kinds of pruning machine have been developed in Japan. We studied the operational efficiency and physiological load of worker during pruning with two different types of machine (e. i. one type is「KI」, another is「YA」). 「KI」 is controled by wireless.「YA」is not. This is the main different of two machines. 3 workers pruned about 150stands of SUGI at Kyoto University Forest in Wakayama for four days. We estimated the physiological load from heart rate and step rate by using H. R. Memory and S. R. Memory during work. First, we checked the heart rate of each worker during stepping exercise, and next we calculated the physiological load during work in the Energy metabolism (Kcal/min) using the Hirakawa's equation. Result : Physiological load was follows : in the case of 「KI」, average heart rate is 83. 7 beats/min, average step rate is 27steps/min and Energy metabolism is 5.3Kcal/min. In the case of 「YA」, average heart rate is 88.4beats/min, average step rate is 25. 6 steps and average Energy metabolism is 6.0Keal/min. Operational efficiency was follows :「KI」needs 360. 5sec (except truble time) to prune a tree.「YA」 needs 363see (except truble time) to prune a tree. When worker attach or dettach the pruning machine to the tree, 「KI」 needs more time than「YA」. This must be improved.
