吉野地域のヘリコプタ集材について

Abstract

奈良県吉野地域におけるへリコプタ集材の実態を把握し, 一般的利用のための基盤整備計画, 運行システム等の考察の基礎資料を得ることを目的として, 当地域でへリコプタ集材を実施している2社のうちの1社の作業実績の記録を分析した。吉野地域全体でのへリコプタ集材による材の搬出量は年間約16千m_3に及ぶものと推定され, 搬出される地区, ヘリポートについては, 地域内の特定の区域に利用が集中しており, ヘリポート毎の搬出量にはかなりの差があることがわかった。また共同利用の状況については, 1契約作業のパターン, へリコプタの稼動パターンについての分析から, 1契約作業の平均搬出量が44. 2tと比較的大きく, 荷主間の共同化についてはさらに効率化を図る余地があるものと思われた。当地域の現状では平均的な伐出経費は25, 414円/m_3と推算された。

We analized records of helicopter logging operations in Yoshino district of Nara Prefecture, executed by the one of the two air service companies that have been executing helicopter logging operations in this district. The purpose of the analization is to grasp the present condition of operations in order to obtain basic informations to desin a base adjustment plan and an operating system of helicopter for general utilization of helicopters for logging operation. The volume of logs transported by helicopter is estimated up to about 16, 000m3 per year. Looking over sections and heliports where logs have been transproted to, we found that there are several zones where helicopters are concentratedly utilized for logging operations and that the amount of logs transported to a heliport varies from heliprot to heliport in rather vast range. Analizing patterns of each contracted helicopter logging operation and that of operating helicopters, we found that average amount of logs transported in a contracted operation is 44.2t. The amount of that seems rather large, so it seems that co-operation of sponsors could be more efficiently enhanced. The average harvesting cost-cutting, packing and logging-is, we have estimated within these data, 25, 414 per m3.
