作業日程計画に関する研究

Abstract

森林経営管理システムのサブシステムとして森林作業計画を位置づけ, 森林作業日程計画策定システムを構築した。このシステムは5年10年といった長期的な経営計画に基づく森林作業計画とl年程度の短期的な作業日程計画が策定できる。前者は施業モデルと予定作業人工数等を条件に, 作業量や森林資源の推移を模擬し計画される。後者はPERTや線形計画法等のORの手法により計画される。またこのシステムは作業計画の策定だけでなく作業実行管理も行う。このことにより計画・実行・評価のサイクルができるだけでなく, 森林資源や作業功程データベースのレベルアップも計れる。

We construct forest operation schedule system that is a part of forest management system which supports manager to decide how to do. Using this system, we can plan a long-term operation schedule for 5 or 10 years and a short-term plan as 1 year too. The former is planned by simulation method of a change of forest resource and volume of operations under conditions of the operation model and the prescribed number of workers. The latter is planned by PERT, LP and another OR methods. This system is used for not only a schedule planning but also an operation management. Therefore, the cycle of evaluation for plan and action is linked and database of forest resource and operation productivity will be improved.
