航空写真を用いた林分蓄積量とその時系列変化の推定

Abstract

航空写真からえられる簡便な指標からの林分の蓄積量の推定とその時系列変化の把握を試みた。蓄積量のもとなるデータは昭和39年に行われた芦生演習林の毎木調査における11個のプロットの調査結果を, 航空写真は昭和38年および昭和49年撮影のものを用いた。航空写真から対象プロット内の樹木の樹冠幅と樹高を計測し, 蓄積量の指標値として平均樹冠幅・平均樹高・樹冠の閉鎖率を算出した。プロットの水平位置の同定, 樹冠幅の測定については比較的良好な結果がえられ, 指標値からの林分蓄積の推定の可能性が示された。

We tried to estimate stand volume and change of it in time series by index values measured from aerophotograhps. We used the data of 11 plots, which are the results of a complete forest tree tally, as the basic data of stand volume. This tree tally was surveyed on Ashiu experimental forest in 1964. We used the aerophotos of this area which were taken in 1963 and 1974. Tree crown widths and tree heights of objected plots have measured from the aerophotos, and mean tree crown widths, mean tree heights and crown closure rates have calculated as index values out from these values. We have got rather good results of identifying the planimetric location of investigative plots and measurement of tree crown widths. It would be able to said that there are some possibility of estimating stand volume from the index values.
