In this paper, we aim at making clear the metaphysical problems about "This Me". We can consider about "I" by regarding it as a functional focus in self which is useful for explaining behaviors or social roles of a person. But "This Me" doesn't seem to be able to be explained as a function of ego which everybody has. It can never be observed although it is intuited to be the very essence of "Being Me." We would make clear from philosophical point of view which of the metaphysical questions emerging from "This Me" can be solved and which cannot be solved. Some of these questions are as follows. "Why was I born in this period, in this place and as this spiecies and was not born in another period, in another place and as another speicies, or why have I happened to exist in the first place?" In this paper, we will confirm that these questions are meaningless from formal point of view. To consider about the reason of this meaninglessness, we must become aware of the premise on which the above questions emerge. And when we abolish this premise, then "This Me" turns to be something which cannot be specified as someone. In this place, those questions are solved by course of the situation that when we try to extract from "I" the essence of it, the fact "I am being someone" no more exists in this essence and at once the ground of those questions vanishes. In this consideration, we start from a specified someone and then get to an anonymity who is not anyone and vanishes the ground of the questions. Next, we examine this anonymity itself, and find out its similarity with "pure experience" or panpsychical world view. From the anonymity, we find the ground of "being someone" to be a logical frame which specifies me by distinguishing one and another. This frame corresponds to the premise which makes up the metaphysical questions. Thus our question turns out to be why I have happened to exist instead of continuing non-existence. This leads the further question why this universe has happened to exist instead of continuing non-existence. These are different from the question why "This Me" was not born as someone else. The propriety of the former questions depends on the propriety of "the negative situation" in general. And we will examine whether even "the negative situation" disappears from the pure experience.en
