This article deal with the problem why the good and wrong of appearance cannot treat as discrimination. The problem of appearance has so far been regarded as a ploblem which should be solved individually rather than socially, is such a view really right? What is characteristic of a trouble in appearance is that those who worry about appearance cannot protest to teasing or derision from the surroundings. This shows that those who worry appearance cannot be subjectify as a discriminated person, and obstructs treating a trouble in appearance as social discrimination. Why is it prohibited those who worry from appealing against one's trouble as a social discriminating problem? With this article, it aims at explaining logically the dynamics which does not form a trouble in appearance as a social problem by clarifying such a reason subjectification is forbidden to a discriminating person. Thereby, I want to clarify conversely the limit of the present discriminating theory which cannot deal with the problem of appearance by doing so. As an example, narration of those who worry about male pattern baldness, and about the appearance as "variant" (the member of Uniqueface) is taken up. And by analyzing those examples, the feature of "Non-identity" and "Contingency" can be taken out as a feature which forbids subjeectification of those who worry about appearance. The reason for not complaining of a trouble in own appearance as a social problem is that the principle that adhering to appearance is trifles exists. It shows the feature of the "Non-identity" about appearance. According to the feature of this "Non-identity", it is difficult for an appearance problem to be materialized as a social discriminating problem. And those who worry may catch own appearance in a meaning "may completely change to another thing at the next moment". It expresses the feature of the "contiingency" of appearance. According to the feature of this "contingency", an appearance problem has a possibility that it can think as a discriminating problem newly. On the appearance problem, only the features of the former "Non-identity" have been emphasized until now. However, by turning one's eyes to the feature of the latter "Contingency", light will be applied to the possibility of developing a discriminating problem to a new aspect of affairs.en
