<論文>男子たちのおばかな協同活動 : 学童クラブのおやつ時間の注意に対するふざけとからかいの集合的実践

Abstract

This study discusses the culture and practice of boys through shedding light on children's interaction in their warning behavior over the rule during the "Oyatsu" time ("Oyatsu" means afternoon snack in after-school childcare centers for lower graders in Kyoto-City.) This study argues that some boys accomplish "silly - selfish" masculinity against the role of "prudent pupil" which is fundamental to the school and nursery system. The author also argues that these boys' behaviors are constructed through their collective cultural practices and collaborative activities under the specific institutional and social conditions. Through examining these boys' practice and activity in the process in detail, this study shows that boys accomplish "silly" masculinity in collective and social practices, socializing themselves and constructing gendered order among children through their activities.
