| 抄録: | In the period between May 18 and September 5 in 2014 (actually 81 days), appearance of terrestrial hermit crabs was observed at a fixed point in Shirahama Town, Wakayama Prefecture, Japan. Newcomers are gradually decreased month after month in this period and most of the individuals appeared there could be marked (accumulatively 349 individuals). 2014年5月18日から9月5日の期間中の81日間，計201回の調査により，累積すると349個体のオカヤドカリ類をカウントし，赤色ペイントを塗布できた．当該定点への新参個体は月が進むごとに出現が減少し，9月には見られなくなったので，調査期間内にほぼ全個体に印がつけられたとみなせる． |
