| 抄録: | An 8-month-old girl with Diamond Blackfan syndrome and idiopathic neutropenia needed steroid therapy for anemia, but the left multicystic dysplastic kidney was often infected. We performed laparoscopic nephrectomy for infection control without any complications. Neutrocytes increased and the infection decreased after nephrectomy even with steroid therapy. Finally, she underwent bone marrow transplantation, as the anemia was not responding to steroid therapy. |
