| 抄録: | Kanto-Tohoku heavy rainfall in September 2015 caused a severe flood disaster at the downstream of the Kinu River, a tributary of the Tone River. Overflow and the levee breech caused a widespread flood inundation with about 40 km2 in Joso city and its surrounding areas in Ibaraki prefecture. This paper presents a summary of the Kinu River flood disaster and our analysis on the rainfall-runoff process in the upstream area and the flood inundation depth distributions based on field survey and an image analysis with flood extent information. |
